Using this website

This website is operated by VisMed, a management services organization providing revenue cycle, credentialing, staffing and growth services to healthcare providers. By using the site you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. The content is general information about our services; it is not legal, financial, coding or clinical advice, and nothing here creates a client relationship until a written agreement is signed.

Inquiries and the free AR audit

Submitting the contact form is a request for information. The free AR audit is offered at our discretion, produces an estimate based on the data a practice provides, and does not guarantee any level of recovery. Please do not submit protected health information through this website; the handling of PHI is governed by a business associate agreement — see our HIPAA notice.

Text messaging (SMS) terms

Program. The VisMed text messaging program sends conversational text messages to people who have asked us to contact them. Messages cover your inquiry, information about the VisMed services you ask about, the free AR audit you requested, and scheduling and reminders for calls you book with us. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.

How you opt in. Either enter your mobile number on our contact form and tick the text-message consent box, which is never pre-ticked; or, on a phone call with our team, say yes when we ask whether we may text you. Before asking, we read you the program name, what we will text about, the message frequency, that message and data rates may apply, how to reply STOP and HELP, and where to find these terms and our privacy policy. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. We record the time, source, number and consent wording of each opt-in, and our first text confirms your opt-in.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies, typically no more than 5 messages a month. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed from VisMed, and no further texts. To rejoin, reply START or opt in again through the form.

Help. Reply HELP to any message for help, or emailhello@vis.med or visit vis.med/contact.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon and most regional carriers in the United States.

Privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See the privacy policy.

Intellectual property

The text, design, logo and wordmark on this site belong to VisMed. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business use; any other reproduction needs our written permission.

No warranty and limitation of liability

The site is provided as is. We aim to keep it accurate and available but do not warrant that it is error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, VisMed is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site.

Changes

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date at the top.
