Everything between the visit and the payment.

Eight stages of the revenue cycle, the credentialing in front of it, the programs and people that sit beside it, and the marketing that fills the schedule — run as one process rather than a handoff at each stage.

01The revenue cycle

The revenue cycle

Eight stages, run as one process rather than eight handoffs. The gaps between vendors are where practices lose money, so we do not create any.

  1. Revenue cycle management

The full cycle under one owner, operating inside your existing practice-management system rather than a portal we control. You keep visibility into every claim at every stage.
  2. Medical billing & coding

Every encounter coded against current rules and scrubbed before it leaves. Undercoding is the quiet version of this problem — it never generates a denial, so nobody catches it. We look for it specifically.
  3. Insurance eligibility verification

Coverage checked while there is still time to act on it. A claim that fails on an eligibility technicality fails after the care is already delivered — which makes it the most expensive kind of avoidable denial.
  4. Prior authorization

Authorizations submitted with the clinical documentation already attached, then followed until a determination lands. Expiry gets tracked so a lapsed auth never becomes a denied claim.
  5. Denial management & appeals

The difference between a billing service and a collection service is what happens after the first no. Denials get read, root-caused, corrected and appealed — and the pattern gets reported so the cause stops recurring.
  6. AR follow-up & recovery

Aging buckets worked oldest-first, by people who call payers rather than only refreshing an electronic status. Write-off is a recommendation we make reluctantly and with evidence.
  7. Charge entry & capture

Encounters reconciled against the schedule so a visit that happened but never got charged shows up as a discrepancy rather than as nothing at all.
  8. Payment posting

Line-level posting with contractual adjustments reconciled, so an underpayment against your negotiated rate surfaces as a variance instead of quietly closing the claim.
02Credentialing

Credentialing

The gate in front of everything else. A provider who is not enrolled cannot bill, and every week of delay is revenue that never existed.

  1. Credentialing & payer enrollment

New providers, new locations and new payer contracts are slow, paperwork-heavy and easy to let stall. We run the whole process and track the dates that quietly expire.
03Programs & staffing

Programs & staffing

Work that sits next to the medical revenue cycle — dental billing, recurring-revenue programs, quality reporting, and people who take administrative load off your front desk.

  1. Dental billing

Dental claims run on their own code set, their own claim form and their own plan rules: frequency limits, annual maximums, waiting periods and attachments. We run them end to end, and send the procedures that belong on the medical plan to the medical claim instead.
  2. Virtual medical assistant

A dedicated remote healthcare professional working inside your systems — not a shared pool and not a call center. Most practices use one to take scheduling and intake pressure off a front desk that is already at capacity.
  3. Patient scheduling & front-desk support

Scheduling, confirmations, reminders and waitlist backfill run by a named coordinator inside your practice-management system — so the calendar stays full and every visit is registered correctly before it is billed.
  4. Chronic care management

A compliant CCM program run properly: eligible patients identified and enrolled, care-coordination time tracked, and documentation built to withstand scrutiny rather than to look complete.
  5. MIPS & quality reporting

Measure selection tuned to your specialty and tracked continuously, so the submission reflects a year of performance rather than whatever could be assembled at the deadline.
  6. Billing & compliance audit

A structured look at your aging AR, denial history and coding accuracy. We run it free as a starting point — you keep the analysis whether or not you ever hire us.
04Practice growth

Practice growth

The schedule the revenue cycle collects on has to be filled first. Digital marketing for practices, run by the same team and measured the same way — in booked appointments and collected dollars, not clicks.

  1. Search & local SEO

Most new patients start with a search for a specialty near them. We make sure the practice is what they find — an accurate, complete Google Business Profile, pages built around the conditions and procedures you actually want more of, and the technical fixes that keep the site fast.
  2. Paid search & social ads

Search and social campaigns aimed at the patients and procedures the practice wants, fenced to the area it serves. Every campaign is tracked through to the appointment book, so the spend is judged on what it fills rather than what it clicks.
  3. Practice websites

A practice website has one job: turn a visit into an appointment. We design and build sites that load fast, work on a phone, meet accessibility standards, and connect to your scheduling and patient portal — then keep them updated so they stay that way.
  4. Social media management

Profiles kept active with content that reflects the practice — health education, seasonal reminders, staff and service news — on a calendar you approve. Nothing clinical goes out without your sign-off.
  5. Reviews & reputation

Reviews decide which practice a new patient calls. We ask satisfied patients for them at the right moment, watch every platform for new ones, and draft compliant responses to the negative ones quickly — without ever confirming that someone is a patient.
  6. Patient email campaigns

The cheapest new appointment is an existing patient who is due. Automated recall and reminder campaigns, seasonal and educational newsletters, and re-engagement for patients who have lapsed — all sent from a HIPAA-compliant platform with consent tracked.
